South Korea - Bibimbap

Visit South Korea and you can't get away from this dish.

White rice is flavoured with shredded radish, salted cucumber, mushrooms, bean sprouts and kosari, a type of dried bracken. It also comes with minced beef marinated in chilli. A partially raw egg is placed on top, which continues to cook in the hot bowl that it's served in. Sesame seeds are scattered over the yolk.
